Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Dietitian role based at Dietician Kajal's Clinic in Delhi, India. The Clinical Dietitian will assess clients’ nutritional status, review medical histories, and develop individualized nutrition care plans aligned with evidence-based practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing medical nutrition therapy, conducting one-on-one nutritional counseling sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans to support long-term lifestyle changes. The role also involves collaborating with other health professionals as needed, documenting clinical outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to client education through workshops or informational materials. The Clinical Dietitian is expected to uphold professional standards, ensure client-centered care, and support the clinic’s mission of transformative wellness through nutrition.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Nutrition and Human Nutrition to design safe and effective nutrition interventions.
- Candidates should possess applied skills in Dietetics and Medical Nutrition Therapy to manage diverse health conditions through individualized nutrition care.
- Candidates should possess proficient Nutritional Counseling abilities to communicate clearly, motivate clients, and support sustainable behavior change.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related health science field.
- Certification or registration as a clinical dietitian/nutritionist as per local regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Experience in clinical or outpatient settings, with strong assessment, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work empathetically with diverse populations, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professional ethics.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and willingness to participate in client education initiatives.
