We have recently expanded to Dubai and we are currently seeking a devoted and enthusiastic dietician to become a valued member of our growing team. As an Athleaders in-house dietician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dietary assessments, developing customised nutrition plans, and offering ongoing support to clients remotely.

Responsibilities:
Nutritional Consultations
- Conduct one-on-one nutritional assessments tailored to the Sinagore / Dubai client base, taking into account cultural, lifestyle, and medical considerations.
- Design personalised, goal-oriented diet plans factoring in age, gender, activity level, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Evaluate clients' supplement intake and recommend safe and effective adjustments.
Nutritional Education and Client Support
- Educate clients on core principles of nutrition and the impact of diet on overall health and fitness.
- Provide empathetic, consistent, and motivational nutritional counselling to support long-term behavior change.
Menu Planning and Meal Guidance
- Curate balanced and practical meal plans aligned with clients’ goals, preferences, and local food availability.
- Recommend locally available, healthy meal options (especially in Singapore, Dubai and UAE contexts).
- Share simple and delicious recipes that promote sustainability and consistency in healthy eating habits
Monitoring, Feedback & Iteration
- Track client progress regularly and make data-informed modifications to their nutrition plans.
- Use tech tools (e.g., apps, trackers, food logs) to monitor adherence and identify areas of improvement.
Collaboration and Integration
- Collaborate with fitness coaches and personal trainers to align nutritional strategies with clients' fitness regimens.
- Offer support during team-wide wellness initiatives, challenges, or transformation programs.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability
- Stay updated with evolving nutrition science, trends, and culturally relevant dietary practices (particularly in the Middle East and Singapore).
- Demonstrate startup-friendly qualities - agility, initiative, time management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Be flexible and open to supporting parallel projects beyond core responsibilities when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a nutrition or wellness setting, preferably with exposure to fitness clients.
- Strong understanding of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and culturally relevant nutrition practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in using digital tools to support virtual consultations and planning.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid startup setting.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Singapore, Middle Eastern cuisine and Dubai’s multicultural food landscape.
