🚨 Hiring: Clinical Development & Operations Lead
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Clinical Development & Operations team and lead end-to-end clinical trial execution, CRO management, and regulatory coordination.
📍 Role: Clinical Development & Operations
🧪 Industry: Clinical Research / Pharma / Healthcare
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical development programs from early to late-stage trials
Manage global clinical trials, CRO oversight, patient recruitment, and site management
Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH-GCP guidelines
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams for pipeline development
Drive regulatory submissions, presentations, and interactions with authorities
Oversee safety monitoring, data management, and study timelines
Mentor and lead clinical operations teams while managing budgets and resources
Preferred Qualifications
MD Pharmacology / MD Pathology
Strong experience in clinical research and global regulatory guidelines
Expertise in clinical trial management, safety monitoring, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
