Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Development Associate based in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include conducting and managing clinical research studies, supporting the development of clinical documentation, coordinating with regulatory bodies, analyzing clinical data, and assisting in the preparation of project timelines and reports. The Clinical Development Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards while contributing to the advancement of animal pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Analytical Skills and Research expertise, with a focus on evaluating clinical data and providing insights
  • Experience in fundraising or support for funding processes related to clinical research is an advantage
  • Knowledge of clinical study protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g. GLP, GCP) is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or a related field
  • Prior experience in clinical trial management, preferably in animal health, is a plus
  • Proficiency with essential computer applications and tools for research and reporting
