Clinical Data Engineer

Relevant Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering / Data Integration
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build scalable data pipelines for heterogeneous data sources
• Develop ETL/ELT processes for data lakes and data warehouses
• Integrate clinical data from sources such as EDC, IRT, ePRO, eCOA, vendors, and other applications
• Work with downstream teams including Statistical Programming, SDTM, Analytics, and Clinical Data Programming
• Develop and maintain reusable data pipeline libraries, tools, and templates
• Ensure data quality, integrity, accurate data transfers, and timely delivery
• Troubleshoot and monitor data pipelines and support continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications
