Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Data Abstractor for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Clinical Data Abstractor will be responsible for reviewing and extracting clinical data from patient records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation, and maintaining compliance with medical standards and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves generating detailed reports, supporting data analysis efforts, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve data collection processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data abstraction, data management, and data validation processes
• Knowledge of clinical terminology, medical coding, and healthcare standards, such as ICD and CPT
• Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical data systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in healthcare settings and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
