Job Summary:
Clinical Coordinator will support IVF patients by handling counseling, coordination, and data management to ensure smooth treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain patient history in MEDICS
- Counsel patients & families on IVF procedures, risks, and outcomes
- Provide financial guidance on treatment packages
- Coordinate donor-recipient cycles and surrogacy cases
- Maintain IVF data, records, and registries
- Track patient progress and update consultants
- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns
- Ensure hygiene standards and proper documentation
- Support awareness programs and coordination with doctors
