Case Manager – International Patient Services

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Case Manager to support international patients throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will coordinate with patients, hospitals, and medical professionals to ensure a seamless treatment experience from inquiry to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international patient inquiries and provide timely guidance throughout the treatment process.
- Collect, review, and organize medical reports for evaluation by doctors and partner hospitals.
- Coordinate with hospitals, consultants, and healthcare providers to develop treatment plans.
- Schedule medical consultations, hospital admissions, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Assist patients with medical visa documentation, travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Ensure exceptional patient support and a smooth, personalized patient experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following:
- Hospital Administration
- Psychology
- Nursing
- Life Sciences
- Healthcare Management or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Tourism, International Patient Services, Hospital Operations, or Healthcare Coordination.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent patient counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international patients is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Proficiency in any additional foreign language such as French, Arabic, or Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
