Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)
About The Role

We're looking for a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams, build trusted data infrastructure, and translate complex healthcare data into insights that matter.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who want to bring their skills to the frontier of AI development.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights for leadership
- Bridge the gap between raw healthcare data and real-world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Apply your domain expertise to help AI systems better understand and reason about clinical and healthcare contexts
- Ensure data quality and integrity across complex, regulated healthcare datasets
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know how to make data work in high-stakes environments
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- A natural leader — you can guide and mentor a BI team while keeping quality and delivery on track
- Methodical and detail-oriented, with a deep appreciation for data accuracy and trust
- Self-directed and effective working autonomously in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Exposure to AI or machine learning projects, particularly in healthcare contexts
- Familiarity with advanced LLMs or AI training workflows
- Background working with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
