📍 Position: Clinical Audiologist & Speech Therapist
🎓 Qualification: BASLP / MASLP
Job Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services by assessing and treating neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with hearing, speech, language, balance, and communication disorders.
Job Duties:
• Identify, test, diagnose, and manage disorders related to hearing, balance, tinnitus, speech, and language.
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing, speech, and communication difficulties and recommend appropriate treatment/management strategies.
• Conduct speech and language therapy sessions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Fit patients with hearing aids and educate them regarding device usage, maintenance, and benefits.
• Conduct home visits and follow-ups when required.
• Maintain patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor patient progress effectively and resolve any issues related to hearing aid management, programming, speech, or language therapy.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in diagnostic audiological evaluations including PTA and Impedance Audiometry.
• Understanding of hearing aid programming and dispensing. (Preferred experience with Signia hearing aids.)
• Knowledge and experience in speech and language therapy assessment and intervention.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong business acumen and patient counselling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intent to grow with the organization.
