Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Associate located in Hyderabad. The Clinical Associate will be responsible for assisting, various categories of training programs, ranging for participants belonging to various sectors like the community volunteers, non-medical members, para-vets as well as junior and senior vet doctors. He/she should be tech savvy and should be competent in computer skills and well versed with Microsoft Office tools. The clinical associate will also review the treatment provided in MVC’s in various states by direct and indirect evidence and contribute in improving the quality of care, measuring the adherence and deviation to the Standard Treatment Guidelines.. The role also involves engaging in effective communication with vet healthcare teams and ensuring compliance with standard vet treatment protocols. If needed, he/she should be able to visit the field and carry out the outbound calls etc. Since the part of travel is an inherent obligation with this position, hence must travel to any part of the country as per the organizational priorities and needs.
Job Description in brief:
- Teaching, skill demonstration, and evaluation of students (EMRI-Vets and para vets).
- Preparations for conducting program, Teaching, Skill demonstration, and evaluation of external students
- Develop, implement and monitor relevant training programs to VO/paravets (Foundation and refresher training) etc.
- Get associated with development standard treatment guidelines, foundation and refresher training modules, and development of external training modules.
- Develop care and training related processes and review from time to time.
- Develop, review and monitor Vet Case Record (VCR), MIS Reports, Vet Care magazine publication etc.
- Develop, Conduct and review VO induction and CVE program
- Develop, conduct and review Instructor Development Training Programs.
- List, review the equipment, drugs and consumables for the pre-hospital care and review from time to time.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Vet Medicine, Surgery and Gynaecology and Healthcare principles
- A vet graduate (BVSc& AH with 2years +Experience or knowledge in large animal practice, training and capacity building) with Excellent Communication skills ( preferably in ENGLISH, HINDI and any other Indian Language) to work collaboratively in vet healthcare environments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site clinical setting
- Experience in emergency care or clinical settings is a plus
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to vet ethics
