Role Description
We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The specialist will provide expert-level support for the company’s diagnostic imaging products by conducting clinical trainings, offering technical expertise, and assisting customers with product knowledge. The role includes liaising with the internal sales team, resolving clinical queries, and providing demonstrations of radiology equipment to healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of radiology and medical imaging systems, along with relevant medical expertise.
- Experience in delivering training sessions and the ability to simplify complex concepts for users.
- Understanding of sales processes and strategies to support product promotions and client engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging Technology, Radiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with diagnostic imaging equipment is an advantage.
