Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Clinical Application Specialist based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves providing in-depth training to healthcare professionals, supporting the implementation and operation of radiology and ultrasound systems, demonstrating equipment to potential clients, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include working closely with the sales team to offer technical expertise and assistance during client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members
- Knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Radiology, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Experience in training professionals on medical equipment and providing hands-on demonstrations
- Sales acumen to assist in presenting product value and supporting business development activities
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Relevant experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, medical, or related field preferred
