Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Application Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The Clinical Application Specialist will support healthcare professionals by providing clinical training, demonstrations, and troubleshooting of IRILLIC’s advanced imaging technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with medical teams, addressing technical inquiries, facilitating sales processes through product education, and ensuring effective usage of devices to enhance surgical outcomes. This role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with medical professionals and team members.
- Background knowledge in Medicine and Radiology for understanding clinical workflows and applications of imaging technologies.
- Experience in delivering Training sessions and product demonstrations for medical devices or technologies.
- Prior Sales experience and the ability to support sales teams in product education and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for addressing customer queries and troubleshooting devices.
- Flexibility and availability to work in an on-site role in Hyderabad, with potential for travel to healthcare facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with surgical workflows and a passion for advancing healthcare technologies are an added advantage.
