✨ Position: Front Desk Receptionist
📍 Location: Sector 53, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional approach
• Manage appointments, calls, and walk-ins efficiently
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain patient records and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for seamless patient experience
🔹 Requirements:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems)
• Prior experience in a clinic/salon is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
