Clinic Network Operations Associate

About Praan
Praan Health is building a new model of science-based chronic condition management for adults 50+. We combine diagnostics, clinical care, and long-term programs delivered through clinics, home care, and digital tools.
Our clinics will act as the physical nerve centers of this ecosystem, where diagnostics, clinical insight, and patient transformation come together.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Clinic Network Operations Associate who will work directly with leadership to help build Praan’s clinic network.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, exploring the city, meeting people, and turning ideas into physical spaces and operational systems.
You will be involved in everything that goes into launching a clinic — from discovering the right location to designing operations and preparing the clinic for launch.
This role offers a front-row seat to building a healthcare startup from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Expansion & Real Estate: Scout Bangalore locations, manage broker relations, and maintain a site pipeline.
- Project Management: Oversee build-outs with architects/vendors and track construction timelines via on-site visits.
- Operations Design: Execute SOPs, design patient workflows, and plan equipment layouts.
- Vendor Management: Source quotes, coordinate equipment installs, and manage supplier relationships.
- Launch Readiness: Ensure all systems and processes are "Go" for opening day.
The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 2-4 years in Ops (Hospitality, Healthcare, Startups, or Field Sales).
- Traits: High-energy, proactive, and organized. Must be comfortable with significant city-wide travel
- Edge: Deeply curious about building scalable healthcare models from scratch.
