Company Description The Derma House is a luxury dermatology and aesthetic clinic based in Santacruz (West), Mumbai. Founded by Dr. Manu S. Walia, a board-certified dermatologist.
Role Description The Clinic Manager – Dermatology Skin Clinic will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Derma House, ensuring a high-quality and efficient patient experience in an on-site role located in Mumbai. This is a full-time position responsible for managing clinic workflows, supervising front desk and support staff, coordinating appointment schedules, and maintaining a calm and professional environment for clients. The Clinic Manager will handle patient inquiries, support pre- and post-treatment processes, monitor inventory and supplies, and work closely with the dermatologist to align clinical operations with service standards.
Qualifications
- Prior dermatology or aesthetic clinic experience preferred.
- Good Customer Service and Communication skills to manage patient interactions, handle queries, and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Proficiency with clinic management software, appointment scheduling tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai with flexible availability
