🚀 Hiring: City Manager - Operations & Projects
📍 Bengaluru | 🕒 4–10 Years Experience
At Yuvrit, we're building a modern Ayurvedic healthcare network focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences. As we expand, we're looking for a highly hands-on operations leader who thrives in execution and enjoys building things from the ground up.
Your Role
🏗️ Clinic Launches & Projects
- Work direct with Founder for end-to-end clinic setup and launch activities
- Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure timely delivery
📈 Clinic Operations & P&L Management
- Own operational performance and profitability of assigned clinics
- Track and improve clinic-level P&L metrics
- Work closely with clinic managers to drive revenue, efficiency, and patient experience
📋 Administration & Coordination
- Manage infrastructure, maintenance, and utilities
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, renewals, and performance
- Conduct operational audits and resolve on-ground issues
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, facilities, projects, or multi-site management
- Experience launching or managing physical locations
- Highly execution-oriented with a willingness to be on the ground and travel across locations
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational trackers
Preferred Background
Healthcare, hospitality, retail, salon/fitness chains, facilities management, fit-outs, or other multi-location operating environments.
