Clinic Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our aesthetic clinic while driving strong revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience in Aesthetic, Dermatology, Cosmetic, or Wellness industries and the ability to manage clinic operations efficiently.
- The Clinic Manager will be responsible for business development, team leadership, patient experience, and revenue management, ensuring the clinic meets its sales targets and service excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive monthly and quarterly clinic revenue targets.
- Lead consultation conversion strategies to maximize treatment sales.
- Monitor sales KPIs, treatment packages, and product sales performance.
- Develop promotions, membership programs, and packages to increase revenue.
- Train staff on upselling and cross-selling aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
2. Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including appointments, workflow, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and front desk teams.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and clinic protocols.
- Manage inventory of consumables, devices, and retail products.
3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise front desk, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team training on customer service and treatment knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Create a motivated and performance-driven clinic culture.
4. Client Experience & Retention
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Implement client retention strategies, loyalty programs, and follow-ups.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and repeat business rates.
5. Marketing & Business Development
- Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Build partnerships with corporates, gyms, salons, and influencers.
- Monitor clinic marketing ROI and lead conversion.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track sales performance, consultation conversion rates, and client data.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in clinic management or sales leadership in Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetic industry.
- Strong sales management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing laser, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and patient consultation processes.
- Experience with CRM systems and clinic management software.
