Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our veterinary healthcare facility. This role is critical in ensuring seamless clinic functioning, delivering exceptional client experience, and supporting clinical teams to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations & Administration- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all functions
- Oversee patient flow, appointments, and walk-in management to minimize wait times
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient (pet) records and databases
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols, compliance standards, and service quality benchmarks
Team Leadership & Workforce Management- Supervise and coordinate a multidisciplinary team including veterinarians, paravets, support staff, and housekeeping
- Plan and manage staff rosters, shifts, and attendance
- Drive team productivity, discipline, and engagement through regular monitoring and feedback
Client Experience & Relationship Management- Ensure a consistently high-quality experience for pet parents across all touchpoints
- Handle client queries, escalations, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and trust
Clinical Coordination- Facilitate effective coordination between doctors, diagnostics, and support teams
- Ensure timely communication of test results, treatment plans, and follow-ups to clients
- Support doctors in optimizing consultation and treatment workflows
Inventory & Asset Management- Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and consumption tracking
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of medicines, consumables, and supplies
- Monitor maintenance and uptime of medical equipment and clinic infrastructure
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and odor control across the facility
- Enforce safety protocols and infection control measures
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Eligibility Criteria- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospitality/Management preferred)
- Prior experience in veterinary clinics, pet care industry, healthcare chains, or retail operations
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
