Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Hsr Layout, Bengaluru. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage budgets, train staff, and ensure adherence to medical and organizational standards. The role demands strong organizational and managerial capabilities, allowing for smooth coordination between the clinic's staff, patients, and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
- Familiarity with medical practices and healthcare protocols
- Ability to conduct effective staff Training and development
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in clinic or healthcare management is a strong asset
- Proficiency with clinic management software and tools is an advantage
