🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive clinic revenue through Pharmacy, Diagnostics & Kavach Membership Plans
✅ Increase patient footfall through local marketing & outreach initiatives
✅ Manage daily operations across 2 clinics, ensuring smooth functioning
✅ Lead and motivate clinic teams to achieve business targets
✅ Organize health camps in communities, corporates, schools & residential areas
✅ Build strong local partnerships and brand presence
✅ Monitor clinic performance, reports, patient satisfaction & growth metrics
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Graduate in Business / Healthcare Management / Related Field
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or field sales
✔️ Strong sales, leadership & relationship management skills
✔️ Execution-focused with problem-solving mindset
✔️ Experience in healthcare services / diagnostics / pharmacy is an advantage
✔️ 2-Wheeler & Driving License Mandatory
