Clinic Growth Executive

About Medsnap
Medsnap is building a clinic management system - helping doctors manage appointments, patient records, and daily workflows.
We are not just selling software.
We are building something doctors actually use daily.
Role Overview
This is not a typical sales job.
You will:
Call clinics → Book demos → Visit clinics → Onboard → Make them use Medsnap daily
You will own the entire journey of a doctor - from first call to becoming a paying user.
Responsibilities1. Sales
- Call and connect with dental clinics
- Book demo meetings (call/WhatsApp)
- Visit clinics and explain Medsnap
- Convert doctors into trial users
2. Onboarding
- Set up Medsnap in the clinic
- Train doctor + assistant
- Help them start using it immediately
3. Activation
- Ensure daily usage in first 7 days
- Push habit: minimum 1 patient/day
- Follow up consistently (calls/visits)
4. Feedback & Improvement
- Share doctor feedback
- Highlight product issues and usability gaps
5. Ownership
- Handle your own set of clinics
- Track performance
- Improve your approach based on results
What Success Looks Like
- Doctors you onboard actually use the product
- Clinics convert from trial → paid
- You build strong relationships with clinics
Who This Is For
- 0-3 years experience (sales / field / pharma / healthcare / SaaS)
- Comfortable traveling daily across Mumbai
- Strong Hindi + basic English (Marathi is a bonus)
- High energy, persistent, and street-smart
- Can handle rejection and follow up without hesitation
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 /month
Incentive:
- ₹200 per signup
- ₹ 800 per doctor who converts to paid user
You earn when the company earns.
