Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based at our Peddar Road and Malad West clinics. The intern will act as a process owner, focusing on enhancing the in-clinic customer journey through standardization, process optimization, and data-driven improvements.
The role involves identifying gaps in the current customer experience, streamlining workflows, and implementing structured processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across touchpoints. You will work closely with clinic staff and doctors to drive execution, improve coordination, and elevate overall service quality.
Key responsibilities include customer journey mapping, process standardization, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless client follow-ups.
This is a paid internship.
Duration- 3 months
Location: Mumbai- Kaya clinic (Peddar Road / Malad West) - should be comfortable to travel to the clinic.
Eligibility: Open to graduates/College Students
Joining: immediately, weekends will be working(1 Weekday off)
