Role Description The Clinic Application Specialist Ultrasound is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting clinical users of ultrasound equipment. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring ultrasound systems, providing application-focused training to clinicians and technicians, and demonstrating product features during clinical workflows. The specialist will assist in optimizing system settings for various examinations, respond to application-related queries, and support troubleshooting in collaboration with technical service teams. Additional responsibilities include documenting user feedback, contributing to clinical best practices, and partnering with sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective utilization of ultrasound solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess clinical use cases, interpret user requirements, and optimize ultrasound applications.
- Candidates should possess Application Support and Technical Support skills to guide users on system functionality, workflows, and configuration.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and help resolve application-related issues in collaboration with service teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to deliver training, explain technical concepts clearly, and build trust with clinical stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field are beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with ultrasound equipment in clinical or technical environments and familiarity with Mindray systems are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple customer engagements, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
