Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Client Relationship Executive. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and educating them about GrowU's loan products and services. Daily responsibilities include responding to client queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Customer service experience and problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Proficiency in understanding financial products and services, including personal and business loans.
- Organizational and multitasking skills for managing various client accounts and inquiries simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools or other client relationship management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial policies and a general understanding of financial terminology is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with team members to meet business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
