Senior Associate-Impact Assessment

We partner with global organizations and communities to design, deploy, and scale climate tech solutions that drive measurable impact. Our work spans renewable energy, green infrastructure, sustainable agriculture, and climate resilience. Role and Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust impact assessment frameworks to measure and report on the environmental, social, and economic impact of our climate tech solutions - Conduct landscape analyses, stakeholder mapping, and needs assessments to inform the design of our impact assessment approaches - Lead participatory monitoring and evaluation processes with our partners and beneficiaries - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and develop data-driven recommendations - Write compelling impact stories and contribute to organizational reporting and communications - Support the team in developing new product and service offerings Qualifications and Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, and/or data analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and complexity - Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data visualization, and storytelling - Experience in the climate tech, sustainable development, or social impact sectors is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Passion for addressing climate change and a commitment to social and environmental justice
