About the role

The Manager of Engagement for Forests, People, Climate (FPC) (the "Manager") will play a key role in fostering inclusive, transparent, and trust-based engagement with the FPC community of regrantors, grantee partners, advisors, and other stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Engagement, the Manager will support a range of engagement activities, with a strong focus on building and sustaining governance systems and strategies coordination processes, engagement strategies, community convenings, and project management approaches that underpin FPC. This is an opportunity to help build relationships that are vital to FPC's success, working in partnership with field leaders and funders alike to advance shared goals for equity, climate justice, and forest protection.
