About the role
You will be involved in all aspects of a transaction, from initial due diligence and drafting to negotiations and closing. You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients and work alongside Partners and Senior Associates to develop your technical, commercial and client-handling skills. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of all work products and providing exceptional client service.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex and business-critical deals, advising national and multinational clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, equity and debt capital markets offerings, restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters. You will also work closely with colleagues in our international network around the world.
