Role: CVX Executive
Location Pune - Hinjewadi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented professional to manage client visit experiences and support facility operations in a dynamic IT environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality background who can bring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset to enhance client engagement and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Visit Experience:
- Plan and execute end-to-end client visits, including agenda creation, logistics, and coordination with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, leadership).
- Ensure a seamless and premium experience for clients from arrival to departure.
- Prepare and maintain client-ready meeting rooms, AV setups, and branded materials.
- Coordinate with security, reception, and pantry teams to ensure smooth operations during visits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visiting clients, ensuring hospitality and professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate high-profile client visits and leadership events
- Manage Corporate Floor setups and food service arrangements
- Ensure premium hospitality standards across all corporate floor activities Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution
Facility Coordination:
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the workplace is always client-ready—clean, safe, and well-maintained and snag points action on priority
- Coordinate with Facility Team for housekeeping, catering, and maintenance services.
- Assist in organizing internal events, town halls, and leadership visits.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain Visit Trackers / arrangement requirements , feedback forms, and post-visit reports.
- Track and manage inventory of CVX
- Coordination with hotels/vendor partners for food arrangements / logistic services as required by leadership team
- Support budgeting and procurement related to client visit and facility needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, managing Events/High Profile Visits/ Leadership Visits/Managing Corporate floor preferably in IT, corporate, or facility management environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and facility management tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in managing VIP or CXO-level visits.
- Exposure to IT/corporate facility operations.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours during high-profile visits or events.
