Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Training and Technical Support role located in Noida. The role involves training clients on TraviYo's platforms, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding experiences. The selected candidate will troubleshoot issues, assist with user queries, and actively enhance the customer experience. Regular collaboration with internal teams to address and resolve client feedback is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Proficiency in communication skills to provide clear instructions and articulate solutions effectively.
- Expertise in customer satisfaction and customer service approaches to support a seamless client experience.
- Experience in ensuring customer experience excellence by addressing and resolving client issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing and addressing customer concerns.
