Role Description
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist specializing in Textile Operations for a full-time position based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer requests, handling any issues or concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth operational processes and foster strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Exceptional Communication skills to address client requests accurately and clearly
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in improving Customer Experience through hands-on problem-solving
- 1-3 years of experience in a client support or operations role, preferably in the textile industry
- Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred
