About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Software Training Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the technical team, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective software training and smooth internal coordination. If you are tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about delivering a great user experience, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, or phone. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions or escalate to the technical team as needed.
- Software Training: Conduct online and in-person training sessions for customers to help them understand and effectively use our software.
- Monthly Support Reports: Compile and present monthly performance and support reports, highlighting key metrics, resolutions, and areas for improvement.
- Bug Tracking: Track, document, and follow up on bugs reported by users and coordinate resolution with the technical team.
- Process Coordination: Liaise with product and development teams to ensure a smooth feedback loop from customers to developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or testing role or technical documentation role, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, MS Office/Google Docs, or other support ticketing/documentation systems.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly content.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help users succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM or Helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
- Experience creating video tutorials or user onboarding content.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and QA basics.
