Role Description
This is an internship opportunity for the role of Client Support Internship. Based in New Delhi, the role operates under a hybrid work model, allowing some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include supporting client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients across various channels.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience or aptitude in building and maintaining Client Relations
- Understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles and Customer Support practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling client inquiries
- Adaptability to a fast-paced digital media environment
- Previous experience in customer service or client engagement roles is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
