Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive at our Chennai location. The Client Relationship Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, build and maintain strong relationships, oversee account management, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to address client concerns efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for queries, support, and communication.
- Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and service delivery.
- Handle client concerns and ensure effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Professional corporate communication and email drafting ability.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client handling / customer support / client communication roles.
- Experience in B2B client communication preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Any graduate degree.
