Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Client Support Executive. The role involves directly engaging with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additional duties may involve providing consulting support, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and effective Communication
- Experience in Account Management and Sales
- Ability to provide consulting services and build long-term client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in handling client inquiries and managing multiple accounts
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
