Position: – Client Support Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Qualifications And Competencies
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
- He/she should have a good command in English language
Key Result Areas For The Role
- Often have to make data-driven decisions. Build or ask for a report on your team’s day-to-day metrics, and use that data to help everyone operate more efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills- confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants. creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
