We're ideallly considering Computer Science or Electronics & Communication graduates from the 2026 or 2027 batch. This starts as an internship with a stipend, and it converts to a full time role. This is an onsite role based out of Bangalore, not remote or hybrid.What you'll actually do
You'll onboard new clients onto the platform, testing their setup and taking them all the way to go live. When something breaks, you'll dig into logs and databases to figure out why, and pull in Engineering when you need to. You'll be talking to clients directly over phone, email and ticketing, and keeping proper records so nothing falls through the cracks. And over time, you'll start automating the repetitive parts of your own job, turning manual checks into scripts and tools.What we look for
On the technical side, we want people comfortable with SQL and databases, the Linux command line, basic OS concepts, networking fundamentals and enough Python to script things.Just as important is attitude. Can you stay calm when something's gone wrong and real money is on the line? Do you own a problem until it's actually fixed, not just until you've handed it off? Are you curious enough to ask why something broke, not just how to make it stop? You don't need any finance background. We'll teach you the market.One more thing we care about: build with AI, don't just use it. Knowing how to prompt well isn't enough anymore. We want people who've actually built something with an LLM, an API integration, a small agent, a side project. It doesn't need to be polished. We just want to hear about it and understand why it worked or didn't.How the process works
