NR Consulting is looking for a Client Success & Workforce Delivery Specialist to support client operations, workforce coordination, and contractor success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, client interaction, and managing daily operational execution.
You will act as a bridge between the client, internal recruitment team, and deployed workforce. The role includes managing client communication, onboarding coordination, attendance tracking, employee support, shift updates, compliance follow-up, and daily issue resolution.
Key Duties
- Serve as the main coordination point between client, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support onboarding, attendance, shift changes, and workforce communication.
- Track contractor work hours, documentation, and compliance updates.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for staffing needs.
- Maintain daily reports and client updates.
- Help resolve workforce issues quickly and professionally.
