We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Success & Operations Manager to join our team.
This role acts as the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and consistently high-quality execution.
What You’ll Do
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Handle daily communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand expectations and flag concerns early
Project & Deadline Management
• Track all ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up with internal teams for timely delivery
• Maintain clear visibility of project status
• Anticipate delays and take proactive action
Team Coordination
• Ensure clear and complete task briefs
• Coordinate tasks across departments
• Act as the single point of contact between clients and the team
Quality Control
• Review deliverables before sharing with clients
• Ensure work meets quality standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail
Team Performance
• Conduct performance reviews
• Recognize and support team members
• Identify skill gaps and contribute to team development
Process Improvement
• Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency
• Build and refine internal systems and processes
• Maintain proper documentation and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience in client handling and team coordination
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools and project management systems
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
Experience Required
• 3–6 years of total experience
• 2–3 years in a client-facing role
Must-Have Exposure
• Experience working with US/UK clients
• Understanding of time zones and communication expectations
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments
Tools & Systems
• ClickUp / Asana / Trello
• Slack / WhatsApp / Zoom
• CRM or workflow tools
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools or automation (Zapier, ChatGPT)
