Job title: Client Success Manager

About the Role
- We are looking for a Client Success Manager with strong Ecommerce experience to manage and grow relationships with our D2C clients.
- In this role, you will work closely with Shopify-based ecommerce brands, helping them scale their retention marketing through Klaviyo email and SMS marketing, while coordinating execution with internal marketing teams.
- You will act as the bridge between clients and the marketing execution team, ensuring smooth project delivery, clear communication, and measurable performance improvements.
- ⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify-based ecommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communication via email, Slack, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ecommerce clients.
- Plan and coordinate execution of Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor and review email marketing performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, revenue attribution, etc.
- Support lifecycle marketing strategies including abandoned cart flows, welcome series, retention campaigns, and segmentation.
- Share regular campaign performance reports and insights with clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).
- Experience working with Ecommerce brands on Shopify.
- Understanding of D2C lifecycle marketing and retention marketing strategies.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with marketing or creative teams.
- Comfortable working in US Shift (08:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST).
Preferred / Bonus Experience
- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and ecommerce funnels.
- Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, or project management platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid marketing and ecommerce growth strategies.
