Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Success Manager I, located in New Delhi with the flexibility of some remote work. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention, and solving client queries. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, building strong relationships, improving service delivery, and ensuring successful project execution. The role also entails providing timely insights to improve customer strategies and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting client data and optimizing services
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and resolve issues
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on results
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
