Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager based in Goregaon. The Client Success Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, addressing concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to improve strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention
- Strong abilities in Relationship Building and managing client communications effectively
- Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret feedback, and identify improvements
- Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous account management or customer success experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 6-8 years of experience preferred in a digital marketing agency
