Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Client Success Manager.
The Customer Success Manager will own end-to-end client success, ensuring strong performance across aggregator platforms. This includes managing client relationships, driving growth in revenue and conversions, and ensuring seamless execution through internal coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking account performance, identifying growth opportunities, solving operational challenges, and aligning internal teams to deliver consistent results. The role requires a strong focus on accountability, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant clients
- Drive revenue, conversion, and visibility across platforms like Swiggy & Zomato
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high satisfaction
- Proactively solve issues and optimize ongoing strategies
Qualifications
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly proactive, execution-focused, and result-oriented
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or F&B/aggregator ecosystem is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
