We are looking for a high-ownership, disciplined, and structured Accountability + Client Success Manager who will work directly with the Founder to ensure every client progresses, completes their tasks, and achieves results inside the LUFM program.
This role involves:
● onboarding new clients,
● driving daily accountability,
● managing delivery operations
during and after live classes,
● providing clear communication and support,
● maintaining trackers,
● and ensuring clients stay consistent, engaged, and on track.
This is not a customer support role — it is a leadership role within the delivery side of the program, requiring strong follow-up, assertive communication, masculine energy, and a deep sense of responsibility.
Salary : According to Market Standards (25k-30k)
