Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager based in Hyderabad. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing strategies for customer retention, and providing top-tier customer service. The role involves analyzing client needs, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and the organization.

- Proficiency in Relationship Building and maintaining long-term client connections
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective Customer Retention strategies
- Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in client success, account management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred
