What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new partner institutions and guide them through the platform
- Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and EdTech partners
- Ensure high engagement and adoption of the platform
- Conduct regular check-ins and support clients in achieving their placement goals
- Identify and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Gather feedback and share insights to improve product and experience
Who Should Apply:
- Students or recent graduates interested in Customer Success / Account Management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Prior internship or experience in client-facing roles is a plus
