Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the product thoroughly to effectively support client onboarding.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating with technical and implementation teams.
- Respond to client queries and concerns through the internal ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Support senior team members in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure key milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, common issues, and solutions for future reference.
- Identify recurring problems and proactively suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and software services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly.
- Good attention to detail while working with software tools and applications.
- Analytical thinking and curiosity to understand technical workflows and processes.
