About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Post-Sales Executive to support the sales cycle by understanding client requirements, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from opportunity to onboarding. This role is critical to driving new business by connecting prospective clients, Sales, and internal Operations, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
The Client Success Executive will work closely with the Sales team to support client acquisition, prepare proposals, and ensure that all commitments are clearly documented and handed over effectively to the Client Success Executive and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team during the client acquisition phase by understanding prospect requirements and business needs.
- Act as a solution consultant, recommending appropriate travel and corporate service offerings based on client expectations.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, pricing models, and service documentation for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders to validate service feasibility, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to explain service offerings and address queries.
- Ensure all client requirements, commitments, and commercial terms are accurately documented for a smooth handover to the Post Sales team.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing strategy and value positioning.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and corporate tenders within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Support continuous improvement of sales collateral, pitch decks, and solution frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Post-sales, sales support, business development, or solution consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of client requirement gathering and solution mapping.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation support skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in proposals and documentation.
- Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or B2B service industries is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
