Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Success Associate (CSA) role located in Noida. The CSA will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support and guidance to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams to address concerns, and helping clients navigate legal or financial matters. Additionally, the CSA will support client retention and foster trust through effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Client Services and strong Communication skills to effectively engage with and support clients.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of Finance and experience in Sales to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Proactive attitude, organizational abilities, and attention to detail for managing multiple client cases efficiently.
- Previous experience in legal or consultancy services is an advantage.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
